Pixona seamlessly integrates with every ATS and automates the recruiting workflow for recruiters and hiring managers. As we scale, our small but mighty team is looking for a 10x software engineer who can help us grow correctly and help make us into the next multi-billion dollar company. Our co-founders have 18+ years at Google between them.

Role Description:

In this role you Will Build Both Consumer-facing And Enterprise-grade software. Your key tasks will include designing and testing new generative AI technologies, scaling the product, and driving the development and implementation of the latest technologies into the Pixona platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and make a significant impact in the field of recruiting and career development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Typescript

Strong frontend engineering skills

Experience with system design and architecture

Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques

Experience with deep learning models and frameworks

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in the recruitment industry or HR technology is a plus
