 RP is seeking a Project Coordinator to help assist our program and project management team.   

 Responsibilities:  

Provide project coordination support across programs to include: reviewing and approving timesheets, reviewing invoices, and support performance management activities.  

Maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the project's budget. 

Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. 

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 

Support Delivery needs across RP headquarters teams (Talent Acquisition, Contracts, HR, and Operations) 

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 

Ensuring project deadlines are met. 

Determining project changes. 

Providing administrative support as needed. 

Undertaking project tasks as required. 

Developing project strategies. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree  

2 years of relevant work experience with a federal contractor  

Experience with maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules. 

Excellent communication skills  

Ability to work in a team environment  

Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
