Aviation Parts Executive is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients and helping them find the aviation parts they need. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 8AM-6PM hours with required availability for key customer appointments

Salary: Competitive base salary with commission options
Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell aviation parts to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
High level of motivation and a results-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of aviation parts and industry trends is a plus
Willingness to travel if necessary to meet client needs
