Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full life cycle of employee management and ensure compliance with all HR regulations and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to termination using HRIS.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance and updating records.
Safety Program Oversight: Conduct safety meetings and site visits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Claims and Leave Management: Process Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and Short-term Disability claims, and track insurance claims.
Regulatory Reporting: File necessary reports to federal and state governments, including EEO1 submissions and OSHA logs.
Billing Reconciliation and Audits: Reconcile third-party bills and assist with insurance audits and bid documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related role, with exposure to various HR functions.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including labor relations, benefits, and workplace safety.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
