Parallel Employment is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our talented team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and connecting with diverse candidates who can contribute to our clients' success. You will communicate with applicants in both languages, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role
Work in a fast paced industry
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Provide regular updates to hiring managers about candidate status and processes
Promote job openings through multiple platforms to attract bilingual talent
Facilitate and coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Complete check ins
Build, manage and maintain client relationships
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Being self sufficient & self aware
