Job Responsibilities:
Safely and correctly operate equipment delivering ionizing radiation for treating neoplastic diseases.
Perform high-quality radiation therapy procedures according to exam protocols in coordination with the Radiation Oncologist.
Conduct pretreatment preparations including simulations and treatment device fabrication.
Perform daily QA on linear accelerators and CT simulator.
Use EMR systems for patient treatment delivery, documentation, and care coordination.
Provide patient support, education, and ensure a compassionate experience throughout the treatment process.

Requirements
Must-Haves:
Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy program.
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and eligible for licensure in New Mexico.
CPR certification required.
3-5 years of experience preferred.
Knowledgeable in the operation and safety standards of radiation-producing equipment.
Ability to handle radiation sources safely.
Nice-To-Haves:
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
