Key Responsibilities:

Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting continuous improvement projects

Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.

Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.

Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Coordinate between Engineering Project Deliverables and Operations for execution with zero downtime

Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.

Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Bachelor of Science degree

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an engineering discipline

Experience using CAD or CAM software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other operational software, as needed.

MS Suite with a focus on EXCEL. 

Strong analytical skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Takes initiative

Relevant technological knowledge

Ability to lead and work independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills
