Requirements

US Citizen

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the engineering field, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.

Strong interest in engineering and technology

Basic understanding of engineering principles and design practices

Proficiency in relevant software or tools, e.g., CAD software, MATLAB, Python, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with designing, prototyping, and testing new products or systems

Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and quality assurance

Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities

Document engineering processes and project progress

Support the development of technical reports and presentations

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations throughout all work processes

Provide input on project improvements and efficiency strategies
