As a member of AI Search Instance Automation team, you work with a talented group of developers building out solutions that make our infrastructure highly available, scalable and fully automated.
As a Staff Software QA Engineer focused on this team, you will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration in Private and Public Multi-Cloud infrastructure.
Location Waltham, MA

Work on Infrastructure Automation / Cloud technologies.
Develop and execute test strategies to efficiently validate instance automation processes and workflows to ensure their functionality and reliability.
Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance workflow reliability.
Work with developers in US and India to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.
