Job Description
Work independently and offer senior-level assistance in the maintenance department. Primarily accountable for training lower-level technicians in more advanced tasks and leading technical, safety, and process improvement initiatives through established industry methods.
Responsibilities
Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct, and to safety and GMP regulations.
Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
Work closely with the Department of Reliability Engineering for Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. Facilitate workshops, as necessary.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in advanced skilled trade disciplines to contribute to the development and delivery of technical training modules, on-the-job trainings (OJTs), and other related initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization to provide assistance while supporting continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
