Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer to be based in Orange, California.
This position is available to start immediately.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Assist with simple calculations and productions of drawing and documents under the supervision of more senior staff.
Utilization of analysis software.
Training will be available, but some beginning knowledge of ETABS, RAM, RISA and/or ENERCALC would be beneficial.
Candidates will gain experience assisting more experienced staff with engineering design and drafting.
Engineering position responsible for assisting more experienced staff with the design of major building projects across the United States (projects to have construction costs of up to $750M).
