We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bakery Manager to lead and inspire a team at our clients new shop in Milton Keynes location. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the branch
Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Drive sales and meet targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences
Monitor and improve store performance through KPIs and regular reporting
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food qualityRequirements
Proven experience in a retail or foodservice management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for customer service and hospitality
