Salary £25-27k, including London weighting and dependent on experience

Role of Assistant Manager:
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, ensuring that customer expectations are met with the highest level of customer care. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Manager in day-to-day management of the store, deputising in the Manager’s absence.
Main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the team in delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsible for all aspects of store operation, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and implemented by all the team.
Motivate and develop the team to improve performance.
Responsible for stock management and visual merchandising, together with head office.
Be expert product and fit advisor, training team and providing customer advice.
Ensure that the brand ethos is understood and shared by all the team.
Representing the company within the local retail community
Who you are:
Previous retail management experience is essential, ideally within the lingerie business, but will consider other backgrounds.
Passionate about customer service and about helping the customer feel comfortable in the bra fitting experience.
Great communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Budget management experience, including payroll
Leadership and training skills
