For our client, a renowned and well-established private bank, we are currently seeking a Receptionist & Guest Service Agent to manage the visitor zones at their prestigious office locations. The ideal candidate will excel in providing a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience to clients, guests, and visitors. You will be responsible for offering assistance and support, including information about local services such as hotels, restaurants, and points of interest, as well as coordinating transportation like taxis and limousines. Maintaining a well-presented and impeccable reception area is essential, as is performing various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
With a background in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry, the candidate will bring polished communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong service orientation to the role. Fluency in both German and English is required, with French being an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills are also necessary. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team are key qualities for success in this position.
This role has become available due to the increased volume of client visits, requiring enhanced service in the customer zone.
