Overview:
The Midwest's #1 Remodeler is looking for a Install Technician to represent Mad City Windows & Baths in fielding a variety of residential construction service and repair appointments within our NEW Rochester, NY location!
Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, leads the industry in our Bath, Kitchen, and Window installation standards! We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced maintenance tech that has atleast 3+ years in the construction, remodeling, or bulding maintenance experience.
Follow up with warranty or repair claims on current residential and remodel installations.
Daily tasks could include the following:
Drywall patching
Painting and staining
Installing shower doors
Fixing plumbing leaks
Replacing window sashes
Wrapping windows
Interior trim work
General caulking and cleaning
Misc. carpentry work
What we need from you:
Valid Driver's License
3+ years of residential remodeling and repair
Good customer service and communication skills
What we do for you:
Hiring Immediately
Competitive hourly wage of $21 - $25/hour
