Overview:

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Fort Myers, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position. 

Responsibilities:

Managing and communicating full project cycle for national clients

Interfacing with clients regarding project expectations, schedule, permitting process, etc.

Coordinating staff and contractors locally and nationally

Tracking of all tasks and client deliverable documents

Facilitating client communications (invoicing, scheduling, and project financials).

Compiling and assembling reports; coordinating letters and memos, certification packages

Preparing weekly trackers or job status communications for clients

Assisting internal and external clients with billing and performing invoice reviews

Creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience coordinating projects for national/corporate clients

Bachelors degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience working with Accela or other permitting platforms

Proficient in Adobe Professional and/or BlueBeem 

Strong proofing, formatting and editing skills

Positive, client-oriented, take-charge attitude

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities and performing well under deadline pressure

Ability to work well with various types of people and in a team environment
