Responsibilities:

What you'll be challenged to do:

Gannett Fleming TranSystems is hiring for a Right of Way Specialist 1 for our Cleveland, Ohio office is searching for a full time candidate to provide support to the Right of Way Acquisition Team.

Type, compile and copy professional documents, reports, and correspondence and file documents and plans. Proofread each document for accuracy.

Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Travel to and record documents at County Recorder’s office.

Maintain neat and orderly work area that will allow access to project information to other team members.

Qualifications:

What you bring to our firm:

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and MS Excel) and other electronic software as needed.

Ability to interact professionally and effectively with staff and clients and work effectively in a multi-office environment.

Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work under tight deadlines.

Must be willing to travel locally and regionally and be open to a flexible work schedule.

What we’d prefer for you to bring to our firm:

Previous knowledge and/or experience with real estate principles. 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited university preferred; but not required.

Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
