Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Financial Analyst position. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA, and can have an in-office or hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying principals of accounting and finance to analyze financial information, supporting the budget process, preparing internal and external financial reports, and supporting the sales process.

The essential functions of this role are:

Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the business planning application, including revenue, expense, occupancy, meal statistics, and full-time equivalents (FTEs).

Produce various reports referenced by senior and community management throughout the annual budget process.

Interface with key staff members in Corporate and Community operations to meet established due dates during the annual budget process.

Report on social accountability by identifying and quantifying programs that demonstrate the organization’s commitment to the greater community.

Compile information on financial results, labor, and occupancy for the completion of annual surveys requested by external organizations.

Support the financial screening process of prospective residents.

Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

0-5 years of accounting or finance experience

Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup and SumIF functions)

Technical competency in other Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams (willingness to learn software applications needed for job requirements)

Experience working with data visualization software, such as PowerBI, and/or customer relationship management software, such as SalesForce, is a plus but not required

Pay Range:

$57,000.00 - $72,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
