 Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Service Manager 2 for Butler Hospital, located in Providence Rhode Island. Butler Hospital is a 210 bed facility with 57 client paid staff. This is a 2nd shift position, with some weekends and holidays. This position report to a General Manager on - site.Come join a winning team with Sodexo. Must have excellent customer service skills and employee relations skills.  We are looking for candidates who can:Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.

Interact with patients and the staff

Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development

Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

The ideal candidate will have the following:Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies

Strong management skills, preferably in health care

Strong team building and employee engagement skills

Strong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employees

Strong drive to make things happen

Knowledge of best practices in Patient safety
