Job Overview:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, along with administration of UKG and ADP systems.
Highlights of your role:
Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll for Enterprise, Infinity and Marvin Replacement
Perform all payroll administration related duties including daily entries and corrections into UKG (i.e. new hires, terminations, organizational changes), verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and any other state or federal documents received for any hourly employees
Maintain UKG, ADP, databases or spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compile payroll reports as needed
Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and team leadership with payroll-related questions
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents, programs, information, etc., is maintained
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
Two-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Education or experience with payroll processing strongly preferred
Flexibility with working hours outside of core hours to meet deadlines
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook and Excel
UKG and ADP experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
Strong written and oral communication skills required
