Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
This supervisor will lead a team of 8-20 hourly team members
This team is responsible for picking and loading LTL and FTL shipments
The supervisor is responsible for scheduling loads in a transportation management system
The supervisor is responsible for inventory moves within our warehouse management system
The supervisor is responsible for researching and correcting inventory variances in the warehouse management system
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills in Google Drive, especially Sheets
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
