Overview:
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient
Location: 1729 W. Greentree Dr., #101 Tempe, AZ 85284
Incentives: $2,500 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation: Hourly, starting at $25/Hr and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS $2,500 Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong professional curiosity and interest in developing skills for treating orthopedic and post-operative patient population, coordinating care with co-workers , and establishing a fulfilling career with support from the mentorship team.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications:
College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)
CPR Certification
