Senior Operations Manager

Full Time | Location: Mexico City| Hybrid Model

About the Role:

Operations Manager is the Delivery counterpart to the Account Manager.

Plays a key role in the Best-in-class and DSC delivery model.

Assigned to strategic account(s) (Elite/DSC).

 Key to ensuring SoftwareOne maintains the overall customer experience.

Accountable for handling customer issues.

Collaboration with DSC/Sales teams.

Responsible to liaise with off-catalogue Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to process request to quote cases.

Helping seller with operational tasks to enable sales team to focus on their core selling activities.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Client onboarding.

Developing and implementing the delivery strategy for the customer. Prioritization, quoting, and renewal (off-catalogue).

Supervising E2E delivery process.

Improve customer satisfaction by optimally monitoring pending requirements for the assigned account(s) globally and across different teams.

Be the first point of contact for any customer concern and work internally with other teams to resolve issues and prevent them from happening again.

Ensure all SLA in Delivery are met – speed, quality, credit & rebill.

Know your Customer behavior by demonstrating Customer operation knowledge that is reflected in the feedback provided by Customer.

Coordinating and supporting a team of Operations Managers (across countries where applicable).

What we need to see from you:

While a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is helpful, we also value equivalent experience in the field.

Worked on IT business before.

Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Shown success in an operations management or similar role.

Plus:

Advanced English level.

Cloud Service experience.

Soft Skills:

Emphasizing customer satisfaction and striving for excellence.

Excellent (customer oriented) communication, organization, follow up, multitasking, and time management skills.

Effective comprehension and paraphrasing skills.

Excellent problem solving and consultative skills.

Attention to details.
