Under general supervision prepares and serves meals. Tasks performed may include food preparation service and sanitationInstitutional foodservice experience.
Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of institutional food service experience.
High School Diploma.
Ability to read write and speak English.
Preferred/Desired:
Cooking in a production environment with consideration of special diets is highly desired.
Serve Safe Certification.
Graduation from an accredited Culinary school.
Knowledge of diets.
Ability to calculate and scale recipes.
