The Market Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention within the healthcare system's region. This role involves implementing digital marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand and experience guidelines. The Market Manager of Digital Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the patient journey and conversion rates. They will utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization. The Market Manager of Digital Marketing will stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website development and management, or related disciplines.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, SalesForce, Google, and Hootsuite.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising

Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Collaborative work style.

Ability to work in a large geographically diverse system.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
