For its first ever property in the Pacific Northwest, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts debuts a luxurious property with more than 200 guest rooms, Grand and Junior Ballrooms, lobby bar, a gym, and a dedicated concierge team.
Overview:
What's on the menu for your next career move? As our new Room Service Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, whether they're indulging in a gourmet meal or enjoying a late-night snack.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.
Order Accuracy: Take and confirm orders, ensuring all special requests are fulfilled accurately.
Presentation: Set up and serve orders in an appealing and professional manner.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including trays, trolleys, and room service stations.
