Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to join our team and help us plan, implement and leverage Salesforce Education Cloud to its fullest potential.

The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce Education platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new or redesigned business processes relating to the student lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce Education Cloud platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.

Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

Assist in training of new users and grow the (url removed) skill set across the organization.

Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.

Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field plus a minimum of 4 years of experience as a (url removed) administrator.

Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

Strong understanding of (url removed) best practices and functionality.

Strong data management abilities.
