Axient is seeking a Space Operations Support Analyst in Colorado Springs.

What you will do...:

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Government in Long-term operations Mission Planning

Providing satellite operations support for mission readiness reviews and mission rehearsals

Assisting the government in the organization and facilitation of anomaly resolution teams

Organizing and facilitating unit-level Operational Review Boards.

Coordinating operations requirements with USSPACECOM's National Space Defense Center, Space Operations Center, and other external mission partners

Skills you will need...:

Experience and Skills

Must have a DoD TS/SCI clearance

BS in related field +8yrs supporting satellite operations

Desired: MS preferably in related field

8 years space operations experience, including 5 years of satellite operations/C2

Proficiency preparing for/evaluating effectiveness of planned operational events

Highly proficient in briefing Senior-level DoD

Highly proficient in Microsoft Software Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Proficient in modeling software (System/Satellite Toolkit (STK), FreeFlyer, etc.)

Desired: Previous Orbital Analyst

Desired: Previous Special Access Program (SAP) experience.  Must be SAP eligible
