Key Selling Points:
Schedule: Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
Routes: OTR across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35.
Mileage: Average 2000-2200 miles per week, determined by HOS and availability.
Freight: All no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
Additional Details:
Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
Haul Length: Average length of haul is over 600 miles.
Support: 24/7 operations specialist available for assistance.
Empowerment: All shifts tailored to meet your needs.

PayScale:
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity. Eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date.
