Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Support students with their individual learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications or experience in education (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
