* Understanding of the route to professional qualifications eg. RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Competence in using surveying tools and software, including AutoCAD and BIM.
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
