Job Opportunity: RIBA Qualified Architect
We are seeking a talented and motivated RIBA qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-qualification experience to join an established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to a range of dynamic projects and develop within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the planning team to support the preparation of planning applications, including Design and Access Statements.
* Produce high-quality presentation work to enhance application documents.
* Prepare design reviews, drawings, and presentations for clients.
* Work independently or as part of a team, reporting to a Director.
Essential Skills:
* Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and present to clients with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
* Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.
