Location: Northolt

Start Date: ASAP

Position: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £105 - £115 a day (Depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Harton Education is partnering with a local school in the Northolt area, seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring each child receives the attention they need.

* Inclusive Learning: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans, supporting a range of special educational needs.

* Classroom Assistance: Support classroom activities and help create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.

* Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers.

* Positive Environment: Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates and inspires students.

Qualifications:

* Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping students succeed.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

* Empathy and Patience: A compassionate and understanding approach to student needs.

* Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different situations and challenges.

* Experience with Youth: Previous experience working with children or young people in any capacity.

* DBS Clearance: An enhanced DBS on the Online Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
