My client is a high-profile insurer who urgently require a Change Manager / Business Analyst to join a business-critical function on a global transformation programme.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working in Change Management and Business Analysis.
Previous experience working within the Insurance industry on major transformation programmes.
The ability to understand the impact of new processes, procedures and providing and updating relevant documentation.
The ability to analyse data from a business perspective and relay to various audiences.
Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills.
The ability to identify risks, issues and dependencies with supporting documentation.
Capability to assist with Target Operating Model (TOM) description set ups.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of PowerBI and Excel.
Flexibility towards travel to UK and European sites.
Nice to have:

Previous experience working on a global programme.
French / German speaking.
Digital transformation experience.
