Compliance Specialist - Education Sector
Surbiton
£36,000 to £40,000 DOE plus excellent benefits and generous holiday allowance
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist that will ensure regulatory compliance as well as providing administrative finance and HR support across three independant schools.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To act as a focal point for compliance to ensure policies and procedures are fully up to date in line with the Policy Tracker.
To help coordinate all residential activity compliance aspects of the trips.
To coordinate with club providers on a daily basis during term time, including checking risk assessments from staff.
To provide administrative support for the production of forms and surveys.
To support the administration of policies on an ongoing basis to ensure policies are in place and up to date.
Assist with the preparation and processing of termly invoices
Assist with Direct Debit mandates.
Plan and conduct the induction process for all new Trust staff and ensure that all the necessary paperwork if collected and handed to the HR department.
Lead on organising staff events, such as the Christmas party.
All candidates will need to complete an enhanced DBS.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £40,000 per annum DOE
