Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC setter/operator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Utilize hand tools for setup and assembly
- Handle materials effectively and ensure proper materials handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the engineering team to make adjustments as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is essential
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding logic controllers
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machine issues
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and CAD software is advantageous
