Lead and manage commercial activities within the Property division.
Drive the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
Oversee financial management within the Construction department to ensure profitability.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Provide strategic direction to the commercial team.
Ensure all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost and volume targets.
Identify new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts to realise business growth.
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.Profile
A successful Commercial Director should have:
An educational background in Business, Finance, or Quantity Surveying.
Proven track record of commercial success in the construction industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £81,000 - £99,000 per annum however will be open to other offers
