They are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients, priding themselves on their collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and focus on creating value for all customers. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their success.
Duties of the Sales Executive:
Maintaining and proactively developing existing customer base, both domestically and internationally. Including visits to customers, attending trade exhibitions and network events.
Using verbal & written methods to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Data input, order processing and monitoring.
Developing an industry and customer specific knowledge base.
Initial focus will be to support existing customers, as such a successful a candidate will need:
Excellent attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to follow instruction and work within a team.
Work independently & unsupervised.
Person specification:
Previous industry knowledge or experience would be desirable however not essential.
Applicants must have basic computer literacy (Microsoft office or equivalent).
Minimum grade C in Math’s and English at GCSE level (or equivalent).
