* Managing the receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets within a warehouse.
* Maintaining the kit booking system ensuring that the instrument sets are recorded and entered correctly.
* Maintaining the demo booking system
* Maintaining accurate records and proficient computer skills
* Handling medical instruments and inspect and replenish after use.
* Carrying out internal audits as requested
* Carrying out consignment kit audits at hospital locations (1-2 visits per month)
* General administrative duties.
* Returning kit boxes to stores in an organized manner.
* Reporting any discrepancies to line manager.
* Adhering to relevant quality standards.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with sales reps and agents, understanding their needs and requests
