Key Responsibilities:

* Soldering & Wire Manufacture: Create and solder wires with precision.

* Use of Hand Tools & Turrets: Confidently operate a variety of hand tools and turret presses.

* Tool Selection: Choose the right tools for each task.

* Crimping & Soldering Contacts: Perform accurate crimping and soldering on various contacts.

* Connector Termination: Precisely terminate circular and rectangular connectors.

* Wire Joining: Use methods like lap joints and splices to join wires.

* Light Assembly: Assemble small components with care and attention.

* SMD/SMT Experience: Experience with Surface Mount Device (SMD) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is a plus.

* Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

* Attention to Detail: Ensure high quality and accuracy in all work.
