Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment and Manager Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the Recruitment and Managed Services (MS) sector of the company. This role involves leading a team of sales consultants, building customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Leadership: Responsible for generating sales from Recruitment and Managed Services (MS) opportunities across various industries working with the sales team. Lead and create a high-performing sales consultant team.

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans aligned with the company’s goals to achieve business sales targets.

* Business Development: Build customer relationships, attend meetings, and expand the manpower business vertical. Secure new vacancies through proactive selling and business development efforts.

* Team Management: Hire, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor financial and activity targets, including monthly invoiced revenue, applicant interviews, and KPIs. Ensure consistent achievement of team sales targets through sales calls, visits, and conversions.

* Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Maximise cross-sell opportunities for all group brands.

* Market Analysis: Identify and analyse competitor information to leverage competitive advantages and ensure profitability in line with company pricing directives.

* Budgeting: Participate in the annual budget-setting process and manage the recruitment budget effectively, optimising spending and ensuring cost-effective recruitment solutions.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

* Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and maintain a strong presence in the job market.

* Data Analysis: Utilise data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

* Meetings: Organise, attend, and actively participate in team meetings and individual review sessions to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a leadership role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
