To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need:
GCSEs in English and Maths.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, positive attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, problem resolution, contact/call centres, administration, office management, hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
Ability to multitask, input data, and engage in conversations effectively.
