Contract 10 weeks + ( Possible extension )

My client is contractor to housing association client, they have several contracts awarded on local Merseyside frameworks. Due to an increase in workload, they require a site manager The site manager will have social housing refurbishment experience, ideally dealing with housing associations. The project is window and facet replacements within social housing.

As site manager you need to oversee the trades and labour on site other sub-contractors undertaking the works.
Due to the nature of the works, these are occupied properties. You will need to organise with the tenants when the works are to be carried out.
This is a good introduction to the client, with promise of further works in the coming months around the Liverpool region. The site manager will have a valid SMSTS.
