Integrity Education Solutions are supporting is a prestigious and specialist 6th form / school based in London, that provides high-quality screening and performance opportunities for emerging talent in the film and entertainment industry. They are seeking to appoint a Business Manager on a fixed term basis (Maternity cover) from November 2024.
As the Business Manager, you will play a key role in the school's and Trust's success, partnering with the Principal and senior leadership team to align operational and administrative functions with their vision, values, and aspirations. Acting as a critical advisor, you will also ensure educational programmes effectively utilise operational teams, as well overseeing compliance is managed with legislation and policies maintained.
The role involves leading teams, contractors, and personally delivering in key areas, while contributing to the school development plan and Trust-wide systems. Collaboration with other schools and the Trust Central team, to ensure high-quality, standardised administrative and operational services, alongside improving efficiency and benchmarking performance.
You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of the Academy, as well as being responsible for overseeing financial management, human resources, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the institution runs efficiently and continues to grow.

OVERIVEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and financial sustainability.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
* Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and staff performance.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and clients.
* Coordinate and optimize the Academy’s operations, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and events.
* Support marketing and communications initiatives to enhance the Academy’s profile and attract new talent.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven experience in a business management role, ideally within the creative, arts, or education sectors.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the film industry and creative arts is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* School Business Manager / HR qualification or equivalent is advantageous
Salary offered: £73,000 - £85,000 (Dependent on experience)
