This company are developing year on year, with their headcount almost doubling last year alone, their ambitious and specialist team are providing services that put them miles ahead of their competitors.

In this role you will be leading your small team to manage all aspects of the projects, including cost control, budget management, and subcontractor management. You will be conducting accurate and detailed cost estimates, procurement and tender process as a vital part of the process.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical background looking to advance to the next chapter of their career within a brilliant company of forward thinking experts.

The Role:

Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely and costeffective delivery of projects
Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project profitability
Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project financial performance and provide regular reports to project management
Mentor and support junior members of the commercial teamThe Person:

Extensive experience within a Quantity Surveyor position essential
Full UK/ROI driving license essential
