Unite people are currently recruiting on behalf of our national client, who are an award-winning earthworks contractor delivering a variety of projects to successful completion. Our client is requiring a Engineering Surveyor to join the team out of their brand new Alfreton office
An Engineering Surveyor with knowledge of Earthworks and Land Surveying Software (LSS) plays a key role in gathering and analysing data for civil engineering projects, focusing on earthworks. This involves utilizing various tools and technologies to accurately measure land features, providing precise data to ensure construction work is executed efficiently and accurately. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting them in developing a broad range of skills.
Responsibilities:
* Surveying
* Cut & Fills
* Volumetric Surveys
* Setting out
* Proficient in using trimble, R12 & TS16
* Requirement:
* Competent on AutoCAD
* Team Player
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Machine control (Desirable)
