A well-known property developer are looking for a Client Accountant to join their team as soon as possible. Focussed on urban regeneration, this company is responsible for both residential and commercial developments, with a huge emphasis on sustainability.

Job Title: Client Accountant

Salary: c. £45,000-£50,000

Location: South East London - full time office requirements (5 days per week)

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Managing the full lifecycle of commercial leases and service charges.
Overseeing tenant management, including rent collection, credit control and queries.
Ensuring compliance with financial reporting and auditing requirements.
Reconciling tenant and supplier accounts, and reporting monthly.

This role would suit someone who is:

A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA), or someone who is qualified by experience
Experienced within client, portfolio or service charge accounting
Confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
A proactive individual, with good communication skills
