Senior Project Engineer

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll manage and drive engineering, planning, and support for groundbreaking projects. As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll provide invaluable technical guidance to ensure smooth project delivery, from conception to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead each stage of the project, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification
* Create and manage vital technical documents aligned with our Validation Master Plan and company standards
* Oversee and manage site change controls
* Keep track of project changes, ensuring they are fully captured, documented, and assessed
* Manage vendor deliverables and ensure timely delivery of key system components
* Execute quality reviews during system installations to ensure construction excellence
* Collaborate closely with departments including Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Supply Chain, and EHS to ensure the seamless delivery of projects
* Assist the Head of Engineering in managing cost, schedules, and project quality
* Foster key supplier relationships and support the technical and commercial aspects of our capital projects
* Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-target delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
* A proven track record of 6-8+ years managing projects in a pharmaceutical environment
* In-depth understanding of EHS requirements within the pharmaceutical industry
* Extensive knowledge of cGMP and the project management processes
* A wealth of experience in capital project execution, particularly from the client-side
* Strong knowledge of Change Management Systems and a full understanding of project life-cycles
* Expertise in delivering complex projects in GMP Manufacturing environments
