💼 Role: Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant

🗓️ Type: Temporary - 3 months

⏰ HOURS:.

Monday - Thursday ( 10.00 Hrs to 16.00 Hrs with a break of 1 hour)

Friday (10.00 Hrs to 13.00 Hrs).

SALARY: £13.15 per hour

📍 LOCATION: Park Royal

🌟 What You Will Be Doing: 🌟

Provide day-to-day support for office operations, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
Manage access cards and welcome kits for new joiners.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, partners, and vendors.
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries, handling domestic and international shipments.
Prepare meeting rooms and arrange for catering when necessary.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Facilitate business cards, corporate mobiles, and sim cards as per policy.
Track energy, water, and waste data and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and hospitality services as needed.
Support compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.
Handle other ad hoc administrative duties as requested.🌟 To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: 🌟
