We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of complex learning needs. This role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to providing the highest level of care and educational support. Your work will directly contribute to creating a nurturing and positive learning environment, enabling students to achieve their full potential.

Your role will involve:

Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, adapting learning activities to meet their individual needs.
Assisting the class teacher in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring that each student is given the opportunity to succeed.
Implementing personalised strategies to support the social, emotional, and educational development of students.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement to encourage progress and engagement.
Providing support with personal care needs as required, ensuring the dignity and wellbeing of each pupil is maintained.
Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative approach to education.The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, preferably within a similar school setting.
A strong understanding of the challenges faced by children with special educational needs and the ability to implement effective support strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people.
